摘　　要：摘要：本文详细介绍了软包装收卷张力非线性锥度控制方法的计算方法及使用特点，非线性包括凸曲线和凹曲线两种曲线，加上当前常用的线性控制方式，一共有三种控制曲线。用户可以根据印制品的工艺要求在人机界面上选择最合适的锥度控制曲线，实现控制最优化，节省成本，降低废品率。This article introduces in details the calculation and the application characteristics of the nonlinear taper control method of rewinding taper tension in flexible packaging. There are three kinds of nonlinear control curve, including the convex curve and the concave curve, as well the common linear control mode. According to the requirements of the printing processing, the user can choose the most appropriate taper control curve on the man-machine interface, so as to achieve control optimization, cost savings, reduced scrap printed products.
