摘  要:目的探索中医本科生临床实习"导师制"的实施效果。方法选取湖北民族学院2007级和2008级中医专业本科生共计104人,按自愿分为实验组54人,对照组50人。实验组每2-3人1组,配备1名临床导师,按要求对实习进行系统指导,对照组不安排导师。实习结束后进行效果比较评价。结果实验组在理论考试、病历书写、技能操作得分方面均明显提高P<0.05,实验组的硕士参考率(83.3%)、录取率(48.9%)高于对照组,毕业论文优秀率高于对照组。结论中医本科生临床实习"导师制"的应用,明显提高了中医本科生临床实习效果,临床实习教学质量得以提升。Objective To explore the effect evaluation of implementing " tutorial system" for undergraduates of TCM. Methods Choosing 104 people of undergraduates of TCM in the Class of 2007 and 2008 in Hubei University for Nationalities, according to the voluntary,experimental group had 54 people, and control group had 50 people. In the experimental group, 2 or 3 people were assigned one clinical instructors, and in accordance with the requirements, they will guide the students systematically. The control group had no clinical in-structors. After the internship, we would compare the effect. Results In the experimental group, the theory test, medical record writing and operation skills improved obviously( P 〈0.005). Students participated the postgraduate entrance examination rate of the experimental group was 83.3%, and the acceptance rate was 48.9%, which were higher than those of the control group. The excellent rate for writing graduation thesis of the experimental group was higher than that of the matched group. Conclusion The application of " tutorial system" for undergraduates of TCM obviously improved the clinical learning effect and clinical teaching quality.
