摘 要:目的深入了解护理本科生对小组讨论式概念图教学法的体验及评价。方法选取全程参与小组讨论式概念图教学的25名护理专业涉外方向本科生进行半结构式访谈,运用卡片法对资料进行定性分析。结果学生提出了概念图教学法的各种优势,如概念图是创新过程、可以将抽象知识可视化、有利于知识的整合、提升自学能力,有利于教师设计和组织课堂教学,使课堂气氛活跃、教学效果显著、注重培养能力;但也提出一些不足,建议教师运用时避免用概念图约束学生的思维,避免课堂时间拖沓,调动小组每个成员的参与积极性,尽量均衡教学效果和进度,以实践为切入点,与传统教学模式相结合,培养构建概念图的学习习惯,在教学互动网络平台上师生运用概念图,改革考核方式。结论小组讨论式概念图教学有很多优势,但需结合我国教学实践,以充分发挥其效果。Objective To understand students' perceptions of concept maps combined with team-based learning(TBL) in the course of adult nursing. Methods Twenty-five students in 5-year international baccalaureate nursing program were selected to be interviewed with semi-structured questionnaire. Qualitative data were analyzed by KJ method. Results All students proposed the advantages of concept maps combined with TBL,such as facilitating innovation,visualizing abstract knowledge,structuring concepts and knowledge,improving self-directed learning ability,helping teachers to design and organize class teaching,activating class teaching,improving teaching outcomes and cultivating students' capacity. However,there were still some disadvantages for teachers to pay attention to. Some suggestions were proposed,such as avoiding thinking restricted and time delayed,inspiring the motivation of each student,balancing the speed and effect of teaching,putting practical situations into consideration,combining with traditional teaching methods,developing students' concept map learning habit,increasing online teacher-student interactions and informing evaluation methods. Conclusion The application of concept maps combined with TBL has been proved to be effective. It is suggested to make efforts to make full use of its advantages based on the actual situation of students in China.
