摘 要:目的:探讨PBL+SP教学法在肿瘤内科临床教学中的应用.方法:选取25名实习生进行PBL+SP教学法作为实验组,26名经传统教学的实习生作为对照组,将两组进行比较.结果:实验组理论成绩和病历书写成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:PBL+SP教学法可以很好地弥补传统教学的某些不足,值得大力推广.AIM: To discuss the role of problem based learning (PBL) and standardized patients (SP) teaching method in the clinical oncology teaching. METHODS: A total of 51 interns were enrolled in the study and the application efficacy were compared between two groups, with 25 interns in the PBL + SP group (observation group), and 26 interns in traditional teaching group (control group ). RESULTS: The scores in theory test and medical history writing of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). CON- CLUSION: The integration of PBL + SP teaching method can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching method, and it is worthy of a wider application.
