摘　　要：北方以生产清香型酒为主,通过借鉴川法清香小曲酒生产工艺,研究创新了北方清香小曲白酒的新工艺,其酒质醇香秀雅,绵甜爽口,纯净怡然,具有本品的典型风格。The production of Fen- flavor liquor mainly in northern area, through reference production process of Sichuan Xiaoqu Liquor by scent, research on the innovation of new technology of northern Fen- flavor Xiaoqu liquor, the liquor mellow Miantian refreshing, elegant,pure and contented,have the typical style of this product.
