摘 要:《人力资源开发与管理》课程是一门应用性、实践性、操作性很强的课程,教学方法上应突出对学生实践能力的培养。传统板书加口述的教学,侧重于理论的灌输,实践教学则难有进展。情景教学强调学生在教学情景中进行角色模拟、实践操作,使理论教学与实践教学融于一体,教学方法优化,学生学习兴趣提高,实践技能加强,团队协作能力提升,同时也为更客观、科学、合理的考评方式提供了基础和条件,因此,《人力资源开发与管理》课程实施情景教学,有利于人力资源管理专业应用型人才的培养。Development and Management of Human Resources is an applied,practical and operational course,and its teaching should highlight the cultivation of students' practical ability. Traditional teaching with blackboard writing and oral explaining focuses on theory,so it 's hard for practice teaching to develop. Situational teaching lays emphasis on students' role- playing and practice,combines theory teaching with practice teaching and optimizes teaching methods,which helps to increase students' learning interest,strengthen their practical skills and enhance their teamwork. Meanwhile it provides foundation and condition for objective,scientific and reasonable evaluation. Therefore,the application of situational teaching mode in Development and Management of Human Resources is conducive to the cultivation of applied talents majoring in human resource management.
