工科院校大学生不良心智模式的表现及影响因素分析——以东北石油大学为例

摘　　要：心智模式是个体在成长过程中逐渐形成的一套独立、完整的思维模式。它隐藏于个体心中,稳定地影响着个体认识世界和解决问题的行为与方式。大学生的诸多心理问题的根源,都来自于不良的心智模式,如对自身不自信的心智模式,总是能让他们看见自己的不足,从而对未来悲观失望等。通过对东北石油大学部分学生的调查研究,从中探讨工科院校大学生不良心智模式的现状和原因,进而提出相应的对策建议。Mental mode is an independent and complete thinking pattern gradually formed in the growth process of individuals. It is hidden in their hearts and stably influences their behaviors and ways to perceive the world and solve problems. Poor mental mode is the root of many psychological problems of university students.For instance,the mental mode of lacking confidence in themselves makes them focus on their weakness,thus they are pessimistic and lose faith in the future. Through research on some students of Northeast Petroleum University,this paper discusses the current situation and reasons of unhealthy mental mode of engineering university students,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
