地方高校培养民营企业创新型管理人才模式探析——以白城师范学院经济管理学院为例

摘　　要：管理人才对民营企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,地方高校肩负着培养与民营企业需求契合的创新型管理人才的任务。民营企业所需的管理人才需具备高尚的职业道德、系统的专业知识、丰富的实践能力、强烈的创新意识和全面的创新能力。地方高校通过完善培养方案、提高师资队伍质量、参加创新创业类比赛等途径,以期达到人才培养的目的。Management talents play a vital role in the development of private enterprise,so local colleges and universities shoulder the cultivation of innovative management talents to fit the needs of private enterprises.They should have noble professional ethics,systematic professional knowledge,rich practical ability,a strong sense of innovation and comprehensive innovation ability. Local colleges and universities can achieve the goal by improving the training program,improving the the quality of teaching staff,and by participating in the innovative competition,etc.
