摘  要:目的:深入分析北京市某大型三甲医院应用微信群实施质量管理的现状,为大型公立医院质量管理应用新媒体的规范化、标准化提供依据和方法。方法:以北京市某三甲医院质管员/评审员微信群舆情为研究对象,针对微信群的科室覆盖度、活跃度、影响度和群员行为特征指标进行分析。结果:北京市某三甲医院微信群科室覆盖度为100%,活跃度适中、影响度较大。群员的群行为动机以工具性动机为主,在媒体应用层面上反映了科室对质量的重视程度。结论:北京市某三甲医院质量管理应用微信新媒体还处于起步阶段,如何发挥好微信群的作用需要引起管理者重视。Objectives: To study the status of applying the new media wechat in hospital quality management in a tertiary A-level hospital in Beijing, in order to provide the basis and methods to improve the standard and normalization of using new media in large public hospital quality management process. Methods: Based on the data analysis of QC member and auditor wechat group, statistical analysis of group features, including coverage, activity, ef ect and group member behavior characteristics is done. Results: Coverage of this QC member and auditor wechat group was 100, the activity of this group was reasonable, the ef ect was demonstrable. The motivation of group member was mainly the instrumental motivation. In the media level, it reflects the degree of attention to the quality in clinical departments. Conclusions: Using the new media wechat in hospital quality management is still in its infancy. How to play a good society capital role of wechat group media needs the attention of hospital managers.
