青少年网络成瘾者选择性注意功能的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨青少年网络成瘾者的选择性注意功能。方法:对48例青少年网络成瘾者和50例正常对照用Stroop测验(ST)及其变式进行检测,并对结果进行对照分析。结果:青少年网络成瘾组的ST总时间、Stroop测验-色(ST-C)中不正确数和纠正数高于正常对照组,差异有统计学显著性(P<0.01)。青少年网络成瘾组对网络词汇和情绪词汇的反应时间均显著性慢于对照组(P<0.05)。成瘾组内对网络相关词汇和情绪词汇的反应时间与中性词汇相比有显著差异(P<0.05),而对网络词汇与情绪词汇反应时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:青少年网络成瘾者注意分配和认知冲突的抑制能力明显受到损害,而且对网络和情绪相关刺激有明显的注意偏差。Objective： To investigate the function of selective attention in adolescents with internet addiction disorder. Methods：The function of selective attention with 48 adolescents with internet addiction disorder and 50 normal controls was assessed by Stroop and modified Stroop task. Results： There were significant difference between the two groups in the time spent in Stroop test（ C,CW）,the number of errors and rectification in Stroop-C test,the adolescents with internet negative emotional words than the normal controls（ P〈0. 05）. The adolescents with addiction disorder had more time spent in Stroop test（ C,CW）,and more number of errors and rectification in Stroop-C test（ P〈0. 05）. The adolescents with internet addiction disorder spent more time in responding to internetrelevant words and addiction disorder spent more time in responding to internet-relevant words and negative emotional related words than in neutral words（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Adolescents with internet addiction disorder have certain impairment in inhibitory mechanisms and allocation of attention,and there are obviously attention bias to internet-relevant words and negative emotional words in adolescents with internet addiction disorder.
