摘 要:本科教学的空洞化是大学教学走向卓越的一大阻力,表现为教学目标的空虚化,教学内容的空泛化和教学形式的单一化。哈佛大学博克教学与学习中心通过指导编制课程教学大纲,借助微格教学帮助初任教师和助教改进教学技能,为教师提供必备的教育教学资源,适时组织课程评价,安排录像或课堂观察等策略用以改进大学教师的课堂教学。这对改进当今大学课堂教学有一定的借鉴意义,如注重引导教师掌握教学的基本策略,注重教师的精细化教学,为教师改进教学提供丰富的教学资源等。The emptiness of teaching in universities is a great resistance in developing excellent teaching. The empties refer to unclear teaching objectives, vague teaching contents and monotony of teaching method. The Harvard University Bok Center for Teaching and Learning makes use of strategies to improve university classroom teaching. The strategies includes guiding to construct teaching syllabus, helping assistant teachers to improve their teaching skills with the help of microteaching, providing the necessary teaching resources to teachers, and evaluating, videoing and observing teaching as well. It's of certain significance for China's university classroom teaching, such as paying attention to the basic strategies of teaching, developing teaching skills, and providing rich teaching resources.
