摘  要:目的:观察案例教学法在实习护士电子体温单临床学中的应用效果。方法将2013年5月~2014年3月实习的27名护生作为观察组,将2012年5月~2013年3月实习的28名护生作为对照组,对照组采取口头讲授为主加临床实践的传统教学方法。观察两组的体温单手工绘制成绩、电子体温单应用合格率和电子体温单教学满意度。结果观察组体温单手工绘制成绩、电子体温单应用合格率和电子体温单教学满意均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用案例教学法进行临床电子体温单的教学可提高实习护士对电子体温单应用能力。Objective To observe the case teaching method in clinical practice nurse electronic temperature single application effect.Methods From May 2013 to March 2014 internship 27 escort as observation group, from May 2012 to March 2013 internship 28 escort as control group, control group take the oral teaching and clinical practice of traditional teaching methods. Observed two groups of temperature single hand-painted performance, electronic temperature application rate and electron temperature single teaching satisfaction.Results Observation group temperature single hand-painted performance, electronic temperature single application rate and body temperature single teaching satisfaction are higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). ConclusionThe application of electronic temperature single case teaching method in clinical teaching can improve the practice nurse to electronic temperature single application ability.
