摘  要:科学合理的课程体系的构建,是高校实现人才培养目标的关键。基于《幼儿园教师专业标准》,从毕业生就业的适应性和人才培养的标准化出发,探寻当前高校学前教育专业课程设置的制约因素,并阐述矛盾背后的深层次内因。在此基础上,从师德修养的首要性、实践教育的前瞻性、市场的非理性和唯利性等视角来审视,指出课程设置改革必须超越过分追求功利性的市场诉求,通过构建开放的课程体系、推进以实践能力为核心的改革模式、完善监督管理机制等多维途径,培养既符合社会需求又契合未来教育事业发展的卓越人才,推动学前教育专业的跨越式发展。The scientific and reasonable curriculum system is the key to achieving the goal of personnel training in colleges and u-niversities. Based on the "standard of Kindergarten Teachers' profession", from the point of the adaptability of the employment ofgraduates and the standardization of personnel training, it is necessary to explore the constraints in the current curriculum of collegeearly childhood education and to set forth the deep internal reason behind contradiction. On this basis, the survey from the perspectiveof the priority of teacher morality cultivation, profit - seeking and non rationality of the market shows that the reform of curriculummust go beyond pursuing an utilitarian market. Many ways such as building the open curriculum system, carrying forward the reform ofpractical ability as the core and improving the supervision management mechanism are adopted to cultivate outstanding talents to meetthe needs of society and the development of education and to promote breakthrough development of early childhood education major.
