摘　　要：目的探讨戴明环(PDCA循环)在检验医学专业教学管理中的运用,以提高检验医学专业教学质量,以及学生对检验医学专业教学的满意度,不断持续改进检验医学教学质量。方法在完善建立检验医学专业教学质量体系的基础上,在临床生化检验专业课程教学过程中,应用PDCA循环发现问题并解决问题。结果经过PDCA循环后,学生对医学检验专业教学的满意率提高到90%,检验医学专业教学质量得到明显提高。结论应用PDCA循环不断纠正在检验医学专业教学中发现的问题,以此保证教学质量,促进检验医学专业教学质量的持续改进。Objective To explore the application of Derming circle（ PDCA） in the management of medical examination teaching and to improve the teaching quality. Methods On the basis of improving the teaching quality system of medical examination specialty,the Derming circle was applied in the teaching process of clinical chemistry to discover and solve problems in teaching process. Results After the Derming cycle,the students＇ satisfaction rate of teaching was increased to 90%,and the teaching quality was improved obviously.Conclusion The application of Derming cycle in medical examination teaching may correct the problems found in medical examination teaching continuously and ensure the teaching quality continuously improvement.
