高职校企合作的现状及成因探究

摘　　要：我国高职校企合作虽然在共建实习实训基地、接纳学生实习就业和联合办学等方面取得了一定的成绩,但在广度、深度、持续性和有效性方面都不尽如人意,究其原因主要有利益不均衡、认识不充分、法制不健全和机制不完善等。The college-enterprise cooperation in China＇ s vocational colleges has made great achievements in such aspects as the establishment of the internship, the admittance of students for internship, and the joint college running. However, the cooperation isn＇t entirely satisfactory in its range, quality, duration and effectiveness. This paper summarizes the following causes for the dissat- isfaction, that is, the imbalance of interest, the partial understanding and the imperfect of laws and the system.
