司法警官高职院校学生职业能力培养研究

摘　　要：司法警官高职院校要重视学生职业能力培养。目前司法警官高职院对学生职业能力的培养存在对司法警官职业能力培养不够重视、学生司法警官职业能力不高、缺乏系统性等问题。为此,司法警官高职院校可以从以下五个方面进行尝试:明确学院"警"字特色定位;培养引进"双师型"教师;产学研结合,合理设置专业;重视教学改革,加强实践教学;加强实训基地建设。Judicial police higher vocational colleges should attach importance to the training of students’ professional ability.At present some problems exist in the professional ability training. The recognition of judicial police officer professional ability training is not enough, students’ professional ability is not high, and it is not systemic. Therefore, the judicial police higher vocational colleges should try from the following five aspects： define the location of colleges; cultivate and introduce ＂double type＂ teachers; combine college and industry, set up majors reasonably; attach great importance to the teaching reform,strengthen practice teaching, and strengthen the construction of training base.
