新形势下高职院校贫困生教育管理的思考

摘　　要：贫困生作为高职院校的一个特殊群体,在学业、生活、交往和就业方面存在着一系列问题。通过分析问题产生的原因,有针对性地提出高职院校做好贫困生教育管理的措施,并指出高职院校在贫困生教育管理工作中应注意的几个问题。As a special group, needy students of higher vocational colleges always face problems from studying, everyday life, communication and job hunting. In this research, through analyzing the cause of these problems it brought forth measures about needy students educating and managing. Some aspects worthy of attention in the education and management of needy students in higher vocational colleges were pointed out.
