摘 要:目的探讨问题式学习(PBL)教学方法在胃肠外科实践带教中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月—2014年4月期间在该院胃肠外科进行实习的68名实习生作为研究对象,根据随机数字表将其平均分为两组,即研究组34名与对照组34名。研究组采用PBL教学,对照组采取常规教学方法。自拟操作技能、理论知识、行为考评内容,评定两组实习生在胃肠外科实践前及实践1个月后对理论知识、操作技能、行为能力的管理及学习情况。结果 PBL实践后,研究组理论知识、操作技能、行为能力考评分值显著高于对照组及实践前(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学方法在胃肠外科实践带教中具有较佳的应用效果,可以有效巩固学生对理论知识的掌握能力,提高操作、行为等综合能力,适于在临床带教中推广与应用。Objective To investigate the problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method appUcation results in gastrointestinal surgery practice with teaching.Methods April 2013-April 2014 during gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital's 68 interns internship as a research object,according to a random number table to be divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group 34 34.PBL teaching research group using the control group taking conventional teaching methods.Self skills,theoretical knowledge,behavior evaluation content,evaluation two interns in gastrointestinal surgery practice and practice before one month after the theoretical knowledge,skills,behavior management and learning ability.Results PBL practice,research group theoretical knowledge,skills,capacity evaluation score was significantly higher than before,and practice(P〈0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method has better application effect in gastrointestinal surgery practice teaching,you can effectively consolidate the students' grasp of theoretical knowledge,improve operations,conduct comprehensive ability,suitable for promotion and application in clinical teaching.
