虚拟学习团队与自主学习效能的相关性研究——以开放英语课程为例

摘　　要：以开放大学学员为对象,利用实证研究来探讨在开放大学学习环境下,构建虚拟学习团队是否有利于弥补学员自主学习的弊端,促进学员自主学习成效的提升,其结果显示,在远程环境下构建学习团队与学员的自主学习效能呈现正相关关系。因此,构建虚拟学习团队形成合作式的自主学习模式是促进自主学习效能提升的一种有效途径。Based on the study object of Open University students, this paper analyzed the correlations between the virtual learning team construction and the autonomous learning efficiency. The research tried to testify whether the virtual learning team construction can make up for the shortcoming of the autonomous learning and promote the efficiency of the autonomous learning. The research？results showed that there is a positive correlation between the virtual learning team construction and the autonomous learning efficiency under the remote online learning environment. It also revealed that the construction of the virtual team learning mode is an effective way to promote？autonomous learning efficiency.
