摘 要:MOOCs(大规模开放在线课程)作为新型在线教育模式,能为学习者提供高质、高效与便利的教育资源和学习机会。针对MOOCs课程注册量大、完成率低及现有研究成果,分析学习行为各因素之间的相互关系,探寻学习动机保持的构建基础,系统分析了需求层次理论的基本内涵,以MOOCs课程的内容组成为着眼点,构建MOOCs学习动机保持模型。采用层次分析法,梳理出评价学习动机保持质量的层次分析结构模型,以Edx、学堂在线与中国大学MOOCs三个运行平台上的同名课程《程序设计基础》为分析样本,开展学习动机保持质量的综合评定与分析,从课程知识体系、MOOCs运行环境、学习路径导航与MOOCs结业管理四个方面,提出MOOCs环境下促进学习者学习动机保持的相关策略。MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), a new online education model, can provide high-quality, efficient and convenient educational resources and learning opportunities for learners. In view of the large amount of MOOCs registration, the low completion rate and the existing research results, the relationship between the various factors of learning behavior is analyzed, and that the key point of maintaining learning motivation is based on learning needs is explored. The model of maintenance of learning motivation in MOOCs is constructed with the contents of MOOCs taken as the starting point after analysis of the basic connotations of demand theory. A model of quality evaluation of maintenance of learning motivation, with the use of analytic hierarchy process, is constructed. With the course of "Fundamentals of Programming" on the platforms of EDX,Xuetangzaixian and Chinese universities MOOC taken as an example, how to maintain learning motivation is comprehensively evaluated, and the related strategies of maintaining the learners" learning motivation are put forward from the four aspects of knowledge system, MOOCs operating environment, learning path navigation and the graduation management.
