腹腔镜模拟培训在妇产科研究生教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜模拟培训在妇产科研究生教学中的应用效果,为培养妇产科研究生提供更多参考。方法选取2013年11月—2015年3月期间来该院进行培训的实习学生100人作为研究资料,按照教学方式的不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组培训实习学生使用常规的方式进行,观察组培训实习学生在对照组治疗的基础上加用腹腔镜模拟的方式进行,观察两组实习学生实践能力评分情况和对理论知识的掌握评分情况,比较两组培训实习学生对教学的满意率情况。结果在护理满意率方面,对照组培训实习学生十分满意22例,满意18例,不满意10例,总有效率为80.00%,观察组实习学生十分满意的有29例,满意的有20例,不满意的1例,满意率为98.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜模拟培训应用于妇产科研究生教学中具有显著效果,不仅能够有效提高相关的评分情况,而且还能提高培训实习生对教学的满意率,具有较强的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application of Laparoscopic simulation training in teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology postgraduate. Methods 100 cases of student were divided as the observation group and the control group. The control group was given given conventional training ,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic simulation training, compared two groups＇score and teaching satisfaction. Results The observation group＇ scores was significantly higher than the control group . The satis-faction rate of observation group 98%, significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of simula-tion training in obstetrics and gynecology has significant effect , can not only improve the score related, but also increase the prob-ability of trainee satisfaction on teaching.
