摘　　要：医患沟通是医疗工作中的一个重要环节,对医疗服务的质量具有重要影响,也是医务工作者日常工作中最直接、最有效的医院营销行为。在医疗纠纷的防范中加强有效的医患沟通至关重要,同时有效的沟通技巧也是医务工作者的必备素质。笔者针对有效医患沟通的应用和作用做一阐述。Communication between doctors and patients is an important part of medical work and the quality of medical service has an important influence, but also medical workers daily in the most direct, the most effective hospital marketing.In the prevention of medical disputes to strengthen effective communication between doctors and patients is very important,and effective communication skills are essential qualities of medical workers. I aim at effective communication between doctors and patients and the role of a clinical overview.
