摘　　要：校企深度融合构建了"轮岗实训——顶岗实习——就业"专业实训课程教学模式,使得顶岗实习实训课程有效的与企业工作岗位对接、更有针对性地为"职教联盟企业"培养高素质技能型人才,提升了高职制药专业实训课程育人的针对性、实践性和专业性。校企共同遵守构建的"职教联盟章程",严格执行制药专业顶岗实习方案,强化了制药专业实训课程教学的质量,丰富了实训课程的内涵。The deep integration between schools and enterprises to build a ＂rotation training- internships- employment＂ Practical Teaching mode, making internship training courses and corporate jobs effectively docking, more targeted for the ＂post Education Alliance ＂cultivate high quality talents, enhance vocational education pharmaceutical Professional Training Course targeted, practical and professional. Construction of schools and enterprises to abide by ＂Vocational Education Union constitution＂, the strict implementation of the pharmaceutical professional internship program, and strengthen the quality of pharmacy professional training course teaching, enrich the connotation of training courses to ensure the implementation of the pharmaceutical professional internship program and model of sustainable Development training Course.
