摘 要:目的探讨新疆某三级甲等医院临床护理人员的工作满意度现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,选择新疆某三甲医院临床护士355名,采用问卷调查法对护士的一般情况及工作满意度进行调查,分析个体特征与工作满意度的关系及其影响因素。结果护士的总体工作满意度低,总体均分为(48.28±9.86)分;护理人员的职别、学历与工作满意度呈负相关(P<0.05),护理人员的工作年限、收入与工作满意度呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,学历、科室、工作年限、收入为护士工作满意度的影响因素。结论新疆某三甲医院护士工作满意度低,管理部门应根据其影响因素制定相应政策,完善值班制度和薪酬体制,提高医院护理人员的工作满意度,降低护士流失率。Objective To learn the clinical care personnel's work satisfaction and its influencing factors. Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted to select 355 clinical nurses in a third-level grade-A hospital in Xinjiang and conduct a questionnaire survey of general condition and work satisfaction,and analysis the relationship and influencing factors between the personal characteristic and work satisfaction. Results Nurses' work satisfaction was at a lower level. The average score was( 48. 28 ±9. 856). Nurses' occupational category,academic degree are negatively related to work satisfaction( P〈0. 05). Nurses' working years and income are positively related to their work satisfaction( P〈0. 05). The multiple linear regression( MLR) analysis results showed that academic degree,working department,working years and income are influencing factors of nurses' working satisfaction. Conclusion The work satisfaction of nurses in the third-level grade-A hospital in Xinjiang is quite low. Thus,the administrative department should formulate relevant policies,and improve the compensation mechanism and nursing management system to increase nurses' work satisfaction and reduce the drain rate of nurses.
