摘　　要：质量问题是学报的中心问题。高职院校学报必须创新办刊理念,准确定位,从编辑工作过程抓起,以期刊改革为契机,围绕内容创新的核心问题,深刻认识自身的差距和发展瓶颈,找准自身的优势和特色,以稿件质量为抓手,结合开拓稿源、严格审稿、精细编辑、规范出版,建立并实施科学的质量管理标准,促进和保障学报编辑工作严谨、科学地运行,提高学报质量。Quality problem is the central issue of journals. The journals of higher vocational colleges have to inno-vate the idea of running and identify an accurate positioning. Taking the periodical reform as an opportunity, thejournals should start from the editing process by focusing on the core issue of content innovation. The journalsshould have a profound understanding of their own gaps and development bottlenecks. They should also identifytheir own advantages and characteristics. Taking the quality of articles as the first consideration, the journalsshould strive for expanded article source, rigid article reviewing, careful editing, and standardized publishing pro-cess. Establishing and implementing a scientific quality management standard will facilitate and ensure the jour-nals to run in a rigid and scientific way, which will ultimately improve the quality of the journals.
