摘　　要：在总结性描述高职院校学生职业道德教育与职业指导领域现状的基础上,系统研究并提出解决问题、推动工作、促进发展的参考路径:统筹规划,加强领导;抓住重点,加强引导;逐步完善,加强监控;创造条件,加强保障。Based on the summarized description of the present situation of professional ethics education and career guidance for higher vocational college students, the reference routes are put forward and systematically studied to solve problem, promote work and advance development. They are overall planning and strengthening leadership, grasping the key points and strengthening guidance, gradual improvement and strengthening monitor, and creating conditions and strengthening guarantee.
