摘 要:推动教育理念变革,促进教育教学模式创新,促进教育公平,提高教育质量,是我国新时期教育信息化的主攻方向和重要任务,使得教育领域创新创造此起彼伏,教育部2014年启动的"一师一优课、一课一名师"活动是该类创新创造之典范。让数百万名教师同台"晒课",并评选出数以万计的"优课",开辟了促进教师智慧成长新路径。通过"晒课"能够激发广大教师比学赶超的积极性和热情,为教师的成长提供不竭的动力,形成教师争先恐后求发展的新常态。该文根据"晒课"的具体内涵与特点,探讨了国家竞赛激发最大的内生发展智慧、瞄准"优课"建设迅速提升实践智慧、不断通过"优课"学习持续催生发展智慧以及研究活动设计启发创新智慧的教师智慧提升的新路径,并提出增加专家评点功能、自发建设与组织化建设相结合、增加教师"晒课"交流平台以及建立可持续发展机制让"晒课"更好地促进教师智慧成长。To promote the transformation of educational ideas, the innovation of education and teaching mode, and to facilitate educational equality and improve education quality are the main striving directions and important tasks in the new era of education informatization in our country, and all these new tendency contribute to the constantly emerging innovations in the field of education, among which the most typical one is the "one teacher, one excellent course; one course, one outstanding teacher" program launched by the Ministry of Education in 2014. In this program, lots of teachers share their lessons, and the first-class lessons are appraised and elected, thus this program provides new opportunities for teachers' growth and development. This paper lays its theoretical foundation on the operationalized connotation of "course sharing". Results report that "course sharing" can stimulate teachers' enthusiasm and passion to compare and learn, compete and progress; in addition, the "course sharing" program provides unfailing impetus for teachers' growth, and it contributes to the "new normal" phenomenon of teachers' striving and competing development. And put forward some suggestions to make "course sharing" promoting effect of teacher' intelligence growth better, which are adding expert commenting function, combination of spontaneous construction and organization building, controling the amount of "course sharing" in each teacher, adding the platform of "course sharing" for the exchange of teachers and establishing sustainable development mechanism, in order to maintain the vitality and dynamism of teachers' intelligence growth.
