摘  要:针对汽车转向轮定位参数教学需要,基于节能赛车进行了转向轮定位参数可调的轮毂电机电动车设计。根据整车基本参数进行了车架设计,转向轮、轮毂电机及电机控制器的合理选取和制动系设计。实现了主销后倾角、主销内倾角、前轮外倾角、前轮前束机构可调,采用长度可变正反球铰连接方式设计制作出转向轮定位参数可调机构,实现前轮主销后倾角、主销内倾角、车轮外倾角和前轮前束定位参数的准确可调,并制作出实验样车一台。设计与试验结果表明:所设计的电动车前轮定位参数全部可调,具有良好的教学演示作用。For teaching needs of vehicle steering wheel alignment parameter, the in-wheel Motor EV with adjusted wheel alignment parameters was designed based on energy-saving vehicle. The main design contents include frame design based on the basic parameters of the vehicle, the reasonable selection of steering wheel, in-wheel motor and motor controller, and brake sys- tem design. The adjustable principle of kingpin caster angle, kingpin inclination, front-wheel camber angle and front wheel toe were designed, and the adjustable mechanism of steering wheel positioning parameters was designed and made by using variable length and ball joint connection. Therefore, the alignment parameters including front wheel caster, caster angle, camber and front toe were accurately adjustable. The experimental prototype vehicle was designed and the relevant tests were done for vehicle performance. The design results show that the wheel alignment parameters of the in-wheel motor EV are all adjustable and have good teaching demonstration effect.
