摘　　要：青年教师是高校的未来,其教学能力的高低直接影响着教学质量与人才培养质量,关系到高等教育的健康、高效和可持续发展。青年教师教学能力的提升依赖于学校的重视、鼓励,但更为重要的还是靠其自身的主动努力。文章以工科院校青年教师的视角,结合所在学校的实际和讲授"电工与电子技术"课程的教学实践,探讨了青年教师提升教学能力的一些途径,对促进高校青年教师的成长具有一定的借鉴意义。The teaching ability of young teachers in universities not only has a great influence on the quality of teaching and cultivation of students, but also is closely related to the development of health, continuation and efficiency in higher education. The improvement of young teachers ＇ teaching ability depends more on self - enhancement than the attention and encouragement of the supervisor. As a young teacher in engineering university, the author discusses several approaches on the basis of teaching the course of ＂Electrical and Electronic Technology＂ and the actual condition of university, which is beneficial to young teachers.
