摘　　要：全国执业医师资格考试为高等医学院校人才培养提供了一个量化标准,执业医师的准入制是我国提高新一代医师培养的里程碑。在新的形势下,我们以医学病理学教学为例,从明确教学目标、改进教学方法、培养学生职业素质等方面进行了实践和思考,以适应新的形势要求,为国家和军队培养合格的医学人才。National medical licensing examination is an important quantitative criteria for testing the quality of talents of medical colleges. The permission system of licensed practitioners represents a landmark in improving the education of the new generation doctors. Facing the new situation, we brought forward corresponding strategies in teaching pathology： making definite the teaching aim, ameliorating the teaching methods, and training the professionalism of medical students, so as to offer qualified medical talents adapting the new situation to serve our country and military.
