摘  要:目的分析2014年绵阳市食品安全风险监测结果,了解绵阳市食品安全现状,对食品监测中发现的突出问题进行预警,为食品安全监管提供参考。方法按照国家食品安全风险监测方案的要求进行采样检测,对监测数据进行分析。结果 2014年共抽检食品样品467份,总合格率为92.93%(434/467),合格率最低是饮料/饮用水/食用冰64.86%(24/37),其次是肉与肉制品80.00%(32/40)。理化指标检测合格率为94.58%(227/240),微生物指标检测合格率为91.19%(207/227),两者之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.05,P>0.05)。其中有害元素、农药残留、食品添加剂和荧光增白剂指标合格率分别为94.39%(202/214)、99.13%(114/115)、100.00%(57/57)和100.00%(10/10)。结论绵阳市食品安全形势总体向好,但也发现一些问题,应加强对饮料/饮用水/食用冰、肉与肉制品等食品的监测与监管,确保消费者的食品安全。Objective To analyze the results of food safety risk monitoring in Mianyang city in 2014, to understand the current situation of safety in Mianyang City, to carry out the early warning of prominent problems which were found in food monitoring and provide reference for food safety supervision. Methods Sampling and detection were performed according to the National food safety risk monitoring plan, and the monitoring data were analyzed. Results 467 samples were detected in 2014, and the overall qualified rate was 92.93% (434/467), while the qualified rate of Drinks/drinking/eating ice was the lowest [64.86% (24/37) ], followed by the meat and meat products [80.00% (32/40) ]. The compliance rate in physical and chemical indicators was 94.58% (227/240), while the compliance rate in microbial indicators was 91.19% (207/227), and there was no statistically significant difference between the two. The compliance rates for the harmful elements, pesticide residues, food additives and index of fluorescent whitening agent were 94.39% (202/214), 99.13% (114/115), 100.00% (57/57) and 100.00% (10/10), respectively. Conclusion The situation of safety is basically good in Mianyang City, but there are still some problems. The monitoring and supervision of the drinks/drinking/eating, the meat and meat products and other food should be improved to ensure safe of consumers.
