生源变化背景下高职院校教学与管理改革思考

摘　　要：高职生源的变化给高职院校教育教学带来了挑战,如何应对挑战是新时期高职院校教育教学改革的重点。本文分析了高职院校生源变化的现状和特点,结合学校普遍碰到的困难,提出转变教育管理理念,调整专业和课程设置,因材施教,提高教师实验实训指导能力,加强校园文化建设等对策。The change of students source has brought great difficulties and challenges to the teaching andmanagement of the higher vocational colleges. Therefore, how to deal with the challenges is the key of educa-tion and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges in the new era. By analyzing the status quo and character-istics of students source change and combining with the difficulties commonly encountered, the paper puts for-ward some countermeasures, such as changing the idea of education management, adjusting the settings of themajor and curriculum, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, improving teachers＇ ability of exper-imental training, strengthening the construction of campus culture, and so on.
