摘  要:能否从产品创新中获利是衡量企业创新成功与否的重要标准。与此同时,越来越多的制造企业试图通过在产品基础上增加服务来获取竞争优势,然而服务导向能否帮助企业从产品创新中获利是一个重要且尚未得到有效解答的问题。通过对279家中国制造企业的实证研究表明,服务导向会阻碍制造企业从产品创新中获利,但技术和市场不确定性会缓解这种阻碍作用。研究结果对创新获利理论和制造企业服务转型理论作出了重要贡献,并可为中国制造企业转型升级提供实践指导。Whether from the product innovation profit is an important standard to measure the success of enterprise innovation.At the same time,more and more enterprises are trying to increase services based on the products to gain competitive advantage,but whether the service orientation can help companies to profit from the product innovation is an important but has not yet been effectively solved problems.Through empirical research on the 279 Chinese manufacturing enterprises show that service orientation in manufacturing enterprises will hinder the profit from product innovation,but technology and market uncertainty will alleviate this inhibition.There are the important contribution of this paper to profit from innovation theory and theory of enterprise transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,and providing practical guidance for the transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
