摘　　要：在我国的易、道哲学中,"道"是一个形而上的东西,是宇宙万事万物的规律;"德"乃获得。儒家将其中的一分支"人"和"社会"作为研究对象,道德突出显现为对人和人际关系的"道"和"德",是道德成为与伦理相互混淆概念,并演化为与"德性"、"品德"等同的概念。品德教育确应为教师道德教育的一个突出问题,但回归道德原有含义,提高教师的综合素质,也是目前教育界所面临的问题。in China, Taoism, ＂Tao＂ is a metaphysical thing, is the law of everything in the universe, ＂Virtue＂ but. Confucianism will be one of the ＂people＂ and ＂society＂ as the object of study, and the moral is the ＂Tao＂ and ＂morality＂, which is the moral and ethical mutual confusion. Moral education should be a prominent problem in the moral education of teachers, but the original meaning of moral education, improve teachers＇ comprehensive quality, but also the current problems faced by the education sector.
