摘　　要：英语写作语言是英语语言规范下的言语。从模因论的观点看,英语文章的构建均为基因型模因和表现性模因以其特定的形式在不同语境下的传播与扩展。要写出一篇优秀的英语文章,足够的语言模因储量是基础,高效的有效输出是关键。因而,强化有意识识记和应用母语的正迁移,无疑是提升英语写作能力的有效策略。The language in English writing is the expressions of standard English. In terms of memetics, the structure of English articles is the spread and extension of genotype and phenotype memes in certain patterns. A good English article is written on the basis of abundant memes and effective output. Therefore, conscious memorization and positive transfer of native language will be effective to improve English writing skills.
