不同产地轮叶党参营养成分差异性分析

摘　　要：本文对长白山、浙江、安徽3个产区轮叶党参(Codonopsis lanceolatae(Sieb.et Zucc.)Trauv.)的微量元素、氨基酸、碳水化合物和维生素含量进行了研究。结果表明,3个产地轮叶党参根内所含微量元素和营养成分种类基本相同,但含量存在一定的差异,长白山轮叶党参总体品质略优于其它两产区;轮叶党参根皮中微量元素、氨基酸和维生素的含量均显著高于去皮根;轮叶党参的营养丰富均衡,营养价值高于一般蔬菜,且具有保健功效。The contents of trace elements, amino acids, carbohydrates and vitamin of Codonopsis lanceolatae （Sieb. et Zucc. ） Trauv. ） in Changbaishan, Zhejiang and Anhui were investigated. The results showed that the nutritive compositions of Codonopsis lanceolatae from three production areas are basically the same, but the contents of nutritive compositions are obviously different. The quality of Codonopsis lanceolatae in Changbaishan is slightly better than the counterparts in other two production areas. The contents of trace elements, amino acids and vitamin of the root bark are higher than these of its root in Codonopsis lanceolatae. Codonopsis lanceolatae is rich in nutrition and nutrient balance. Its nutritional value is higher than general vegetables, and has health benefits.
