摘  要:目的了解该市饮食(服务)行业从业人员肠道沙门氏菌的带菌情况,为预防肠道传染病提供依据。方法对2010—2014年该市饮食(服务)行业123402例从业人员的大便标本进行沙门氏菌的分离。结果在123402例标本中检出沙门氏菌528例,总检出率0.43%,其中男性检出率0.18%,女性检出率0.24%;春季检出率0.05%,夏季检出率0.13%,秋季检出率0.16%,冬季检出率0.09%。结论该市饮食(服务)行业从业人员沙门氏菌女性较男性检出率高,夏秋季节检出率较高,可见,加强对食品安全工作的监督管理,加大检查力度与检查频次,进行食品安全健康教育,加强健康检查是预防肠道沙门氏菌感染的关键。Objective To understand the diet (service) among industry practitioners Salmonella, provide the basis for the preven-tion of intestinal infectious disease. Methods The diet I 2010-2014 (service) 123402 cases of separation industry practitioners of the stoolspecimens were salmonella. Results 528 of salmonella cases were detected in 123402 samples, the total positive rate was 0.43%,the detection rate of male 0.18%, female 0.24%detection rate in spring summer;the detection rate of 0.05%, the detection rate of 0.13%, the detection rate was 0.16%,the detection rate of 0.09%in winter. Conclusion My diet (service) industry practi-tioners Salmonella women than men with high detection rate,detection rate is higher in summer and autumn, Therefore, strengthen the supervision and management of food safety work, strengthen supervision and inspection frequency, food safety and health edu-cation, strengthen the health check is key to prevent Salmonella infection.
