摘　　要：目的研究老年慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)胃镜形态表现与Hp感染的临床关系。方法通过研究74例CAG和126例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的临床病例资料,回顾性分析其血清检测和幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)的感染情况,结合当时的接诊记录报告展开讨论分析。结果 CAG主要表现为上腹部的饱胀度、疼痛和不适症状,就餐后比较明显,同时伴有其他的消化不良症状,持续天数会有所区别。结论通过老年慢性萎缩性胃炎在胃镜形态学的研究,可发现其病变组织的各项病变情况,及时采取治疗并联合血清检测可治疗各种感染疾病。Objective To study the clinical relationship between endoscopic morphology and Hp infection in elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）.Methods Study the clinical data of 74 cases of CAG and 126 cases of chronic non atrophic gastritis patients, retrospectively analyzed serum detection and helicobacter pylori （HP） infection, combined with the admissions record at the time the report to discussed.Results The main performance of CAG was on the fullness of the upper abdomen, the pain and the symptoms of discomfort, after eating, and other symptoms of indigestion, the duration of the day would be different. Conclusion The senile chronic atrophic gastritis in the endoscopic morphology study, can be found in the pathological changes of the lesions, make timely application of treatment, combined with serum detection can be treated in a timely manner to all kinds of infections.
