摘　　要："95后"正在大量涌入高职院校中,他们已然成为学院的主要力量。只有了解"95后"学生的特点才能更好的开展有针对性的学生管理教育服务工作。本文以浙江金融职业学院国际商务系2014级新生为例结合相关研究成果,从生活习性、思维方式、价值取向等几个方面详细分析"95后"高职学生的特点,为高职院校学生工作者提供工作参考。Vocational college students who born after 1995 are the important part in campus. It is necessary for teachers to understand the characteristics of 1995＇s students. Definitely, having the knowledge about the ＂95s＂ would benefit to students service and students education. Summarizing the related articles, policies and some researches, this essay is going to conclude characters of 1995 ＇s students based on their habits, way of thinking, value orientation. It could be a good basis to proceed students＂ ideological and political education.
