摘　　要：广东梅州市被誉为"世界客都"、"文化之乡",其百年老校的数量多达130多所,涵盖大、中、小学。梅州百年老校的形成与地理区域环境、世族教育传统背景、政治生态环境具有一定的关系。探索梅州百年老校的文化价值,从历史文化传承价值,学校功能创新价值出发,需要提高文化的自觉,树立文化的自信,增进文化的自强,明确实现百年老校的未来走向。Meizhou City, Guangdong, was l^aiied as the ＂Capital of Hakka in the world＂, ＂city of culture＂. The number of the century old schools is up is to 130, covering primary and secondary schools, and university. The for- marion has a certain relationship with geographical environment, the aristocratic family education traditional back- ground, political ecological environment. This paper explores the cultural value of Meizhou~ century -old schools, the value of historical and cultural heritage, and school function innovation. We need to improve the cultural aware- ness, establish a cultural self - confidence, enhance the cultural self, and clear the future direction of the hundred schools.
