从临床工程师职责转变谈医学工程专业实习生的带教

摘　　要：介绍了临床工程师职责转变背景下生物医学工程专业本科生毕业实习和毕业论文带教方法。根据生物医学工程专业的特殊性和当今医学装备发展的特点,结合多年带教经验,提出了医学工程专业本科生毕业实习阶段应该树立紧密结合临床和为临床服务的专业理念。通过发挥医院工程人员对设备熟悉、与厂家联系紧密、维修经验丰富的优势,采取多种教学形式,提高了实习生的维修能力,培养了实习生的科研思维,对其尽快成长为合格的临床工程师具有重要的意义。The instruction and teaching of the biomedical engineering undergraduates were described from the aspects of graduation practice and thesis as the responsibility of clinical engineers changed. It＇s pointed out that biomedical engineering graduates be gifted with the idea of serving for clinical operation. The experience of clinical engineers in equipment, communication with the manufacturer and maintenance was supposed to be involved in to improve the interns in maintenance and research.
