摘 要:针对某右舵车型在正面碰撞试验中出现前围侵入、转向管柱、CCB位置侵入较大问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的优化方案。通过运用Hypermesh及LS-Dyna软件进行整车碰撞仿真分析,优化后前围等车身关键位置侵入量均得到改善,前围最大侵入量由原来的269 mm减小到223 mm,转向管柱后移量由94 mm减小到30 mm,结果表明:优化真空助力器及制动踏板的布置位置同时加强乘员舱结构的方案是合理的。The question was raised about fire wall, steering column, and CCB displacement exceed target in front impactin fight hand driver. Occurring reason was analyzed and optimization scheme was raised. The crash model was constructed and computed by Hypermesh and LS-Dyna softs. Optimization result was validated by analysis. The displacement of fire wall and important point of vehicle were both improved after optimization. The max displacement of fire wall and steering column were decreased, from 269 mm to 223 mm, from 94 mm to 30 mm. The schemes of optimized position of vacuum booster and braking pedal and improved strength of compartment were right.
