摘  要:蛋制品加工技术课程的教学,存在教学理念落后、教学方法僵化和课时分配不合理等突出问题。本文从培养学生的专业能力出发,通过调整课程体系和教学内容,改进教学方法和丰富教学手段,改革考核模式等改革实践,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的实践创新能力,提高了教学质量。The teaching of"egg products processing technology" existed some problems, such as: teaching philosophy was backward, teaching methods were rigid and course hours were distribution unreasonable and so on. The objective of reform was cultivating students" professional ability, by adjusting the curriculum system and teaching content to improve teaching methods and enrich teaching means, reformed examination mode and so on. The reform stimulated students" learning interest, developed students" practice and innovation ability, improved the quality of teaching.
