摘  要:葡萄酒品尝技术在葡萄酒行业内有着非常重要的作用,但是在培养专业技能人才的高职院校,却面临着"葡萄酒品尝技术"课程无专门教材、人才培养目标与岗位群职业能力要求不符等一系列现实问题。立足宁夏葡萄酒与防沙治沙职业技术学院"葡萄酒品尝技术"课程教学实际,以品酒师职业标准典型工作流程为教学目标和职业能力导向,对于提高学生学习兴趣、优化教学内容、顺应职业岗位需求,以及实现教学内容与国家职业标准有效衔接等方面进行课程教学研究与探索,以期"葡萄酒品尝技术"课程教学获得良好教学效果。Wine Tasting Technology plays an important role in the industry of grape and wine,as a higher vocational colleges of cultivating high-skill talents,facing a series of problems,such as no special teaching materials. The talents training goal and job vocational capability is inconsistent, etc. This paper, base on the actual conditions for teaching Wine Tasting Technology in Ningxia Technical College of Wine and Desertification Prevention,its teaching aim is the typical workflow of wine taster national profession standard,the vocation ability as its orientation,tries to research and explore about improve students' study interest,optimize teaching content,satisfy the demand of occupation post,achieved effective combination with teaching contents and national profession standard. Hope to obtain good effects in Wine Tasting Technology teaching.
