摘 要:收入分配问题自古以来就是广大学者和人民群众关注的焦点,近年来,社会成员收入分配差距过分扩大已成为我国当前亟需解决的重大难题。基于薪酬公平感理论,构建薪酬公平感与离职倾向之间的理论模型,选取黄山市7家旅行社导游人员进行问卷发放,进一步采用因子分析、相关分析等统计方法对旅游企业导游人员的薪酬公平与离职倾向问题进行实证验证。检验结果表明:薪酬公平感与离职倾向呈显著负相关关系,并且分配公平所占比重最大,程序公平所占比重最小。最后,根据研究结果,从薪酬公平感的视角提出相关政策建议。The issue of income distribution has always been one of major concerns for the majority of scholars and public. In recent years income gap in China is growing excessively large, and it has become a major issue that calls for immediate solutions. Based on the theory of compensation equity and taking seven tour guides of Huangshan City as research subjects, this study set up a theoretical model of compensation equity and resigning inclination, and then discussed the relationship between compensation equity and resigning results show that compensation inclination through factor analysis equity and resigning inclination and correlation analysis. The have a significant negative correlation, and distribution equity accounts for the largest proportion and procedural fairness the smallest. Finally, the study put forward some suggestions on making relevant policies from the perspective of compensation equity theory.
