摘　　要：针对域F上所有上三角矩阵的保逆诱导映射问题,使用了矩阵技术和初等方法。对域F上所有n×n上三角矩阵集合Tn(F)的诱导映射和保矩阵逆映射这两个概念进行定义。给出了Tn(F)的保矩阵逆的诱导映射的具体形式.To solve the problem of induced map preserving inverses of uppertriangular matrices over a field F, matrix techniques and elementary methods are used. Two concepts - the induced map and the map preserving inver- ses of matrices on Tn （F） are defined. In this paper, the concrete forms of induced map preserving inverses of matri- ces on Tn （F） are given.
