摘  要:基于《考生水平表现标准》对考生水平进行分析、诊断和评价是天津市教育质量评估监测中心高考评价项目生物学科组多年来进行的研究与实践。本文通过对《考生水平表现标准》的内容、使用、效用的介绍,从全市总体水平、不同区域水平对参加2015年高考的应届考生的作答表现进行分析与研究,对考生所达到的学业水平和存在的共性问题进行诊断与分析,并提出发挥高考的大教育功能提升生物科学素养、创设新颖情境提高获取信息能力、形成学科思想提高综合运用能力等教学建议,为一线教师的教学提供指导与帮助。The analysis, diagnosis and evaluation of the candidates' performance level based on the assessment standard of candidates' performance level is a research and practice over the years from the Biological discipline group of the college entrance examination evaluation project of Tianjin basic education academic level assessment center. This thesis that consists of the introduction of the content, the application and the effect of the assessment standard of candidates' performance level, the analysis and the research of the response performance of the 2015 college entrance examination candidates on account of the overall and the different regional level of the city, the diagnosis and the analysis of the candidates' academic level and the common problems in existence, and the teaching suggestions on exerting the great educational function of the college entrance examination to enhance biological science literacy, creating new situations to improve the ability to obtain information, forming the subject thought and improving the capacity of comprehensive utilization is aimed at providing guidance and help to the teaching of the frontline teachers.
