高等职业院校教学管理流程再造研究

摘　　要：当前高等职业院校教学管理存在管理理念滞后、运行机制不畅、信息水平低下、评价体系不全、队伍素质不高等问题。因此,要想有效解决当前高等职业院校教学管理存在的问题,必须借鉴企业业务流程再造理论,对高等职业院校管理运行机制、学生管理流程、教师管理流程和教学资源管理流程进行再造。通过对这些流程的再造,更新管理理念、提高信息水平、构建管理平台、建立管理制度、优化管理队伍,进而保障高职教学管理流程的顺利进行。There are some problems such as backward management idea,blocked operating mechanism,low information level,incomplete evaluation system,and low team quality and so on.Therefore,Reengineering process of student management,teacher management and teaching resource can solve these problems by using the theory of process reengineering for a reference.The process reengineering of teaching management in vocational college will be smoothly carried on by renewing management idea,enhancing the level of information,structuring the management platform,building the management system and optimizing the management team.
