摘 要:目的通过对西湖区2013年-2014年食源性疾病哨点医院监测结果进行分析,了解该地区食源性疾病的特点和发生规律。方法对2013年-2014年食源性疾病病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2年西湖区共上报肠道门诊病例1 835例,采集粪便样本1 698例,样本中共检出48株致病菌,检出率为2.8%,其中副溶血性弧菌40株,沙门菌5株,志贺菌3株;病例中25岁~34岁年龄组人数最多,占29.1%;5月-10月食源性疾病高发;临床表现以腹泻为主,肉及肉制品类食品是主要的原因食品。结论西湖区食源性疾病病原主要为副溶血性弧菌,西湖区食源性疾病监测能一定程度地反映目前食源性疾病的发生状况,应继续加强监测,有效防止食源性疾病的发生。Objective To understand the regulation and feature of the food - borne diseases through analyzing the surveillance results of food - borne diseases from 2013 to 2014 in Xihu disctirct. Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis was con- ducted on food - borne illness in 2013 - 2014. Results A total of 1 835 patients were enrolled in intestinal outpatients in Xihu district in the 2 years, and 1 698 stool samples were collected, among which 48 pathogen strains were detected with the detec- tion rate of 2.8% , and in which 40 strains were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 5 were Salmonella, 3 were Shigella. The food - borne diseases mainly occurred in the 25 - 34 year - old age group, accounted for 29.1%. The surveillance data showed that the peak of the incidence rate was from May to October with diarrhea as the most common clinical manifestation. Meat and meat product were the leading cause for food - borne diseases. Conclusion In Xihu district, the infection of food - borne disease mainly caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The present surveillance of food - borne disease generally reflected food - borne disease out- break situation in Xihu district. We must strengthen the surveillance and take effective intervention against food - borne disease.
