摘　　要：中医推拿专业是一个重实践的专业,学生实践技能的高低是衡量教学质量的关键,因此提高学生动手能力是提高教学质量的重中之重。从探索中医推拿专业课内课外实践教学模式,增加学生手法动手能力的培养的角度出发,通过多途径、多方面的创新实践教学,包括分化课程模块,调整课时的比例,提前实践教学,细化手法训练,开放模拟诊室,举办手法大赛,组织为民服务,开展暑期社会实践等,充分发挥学生的积极性和创造性,对于培养学生的社会适应能力和提高就业竞争力,具有深远的意义。Chinese medicine massage is a major emphasizing the professional practice and the level of students＇ practical skills is the key to measure the quality of teaching, so improving students＇ practical ability is of much impor- tance in improving the teaching quality. From the exploration of teaching practice mode of Chinese medicine massage and the perspective of increasing students＇ skills, the innovative practice teaching in many ways and aspects, including differ- entiation curriculum module, adjustment of class proportion, teaching practice in advance, refinement of manual training, opening the imitating consulting room, manual competition, organization of the service, expansion of summer holiday practice and so on, has far-reaching significance in fully exerting students＇ enthusiasm and creativity, cultivating their social adaptability and improving their employment competitiveness
